We usually make a bunch of pizza dough, divide it into small portions and roll them out. Then we fry them all on a hot pan and put most of them in the freezer.

When we want to have pizza for dinner, we just grab a few pizza crusts from the freezer, let them thaw, put on the toppings and cook them under the oven grill.
