Chicken samosas

Chicken samosas

We made a bunch of samosas with chicken, coriander and ginger. They were wrapped in chinese spring roll pastry, which has a nice crunchy texture without being as fatty as puff pastry.

I love samosas, and these were really good - highly recommended! But it does take quite some time to fold them all :)
